Chongqing Raffles City model
A landmark riverfront model of the eight-tower complex at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers, with a suspended glass sky-bridge, complex topography and fully programmable illumination.
Raffles City Chongqing is one of the most recognisable skylines in China: eight curved towers on a narrow peninsula, four of them linked by a horizontal glass conservatory that floats 250 metres above the river. Reproducing that silhouette at sales-gallery scale meant solving the bridge first — it had to read as weightless while carrying its own lighting harness.
Our 3D modelling team rebuilt the towers from the design files and printed the curved facades in sections on our large-format printers, then the colour department matched the glazing tint under the gallery's own lighting. The terrain, river edge and road network were UV-printed onto the base so every street and quay reads cleanly from the viewing rail.
