Mixed-Use & Commercial
Jianhua Longfor Xiangshan Song model
A large mixed-use model integrating commercial, residential and landscape zones, demonstrating precise scale control and spatial planning.
Commercial, residential and park zones share one large table. We used scale-accurate trees, vehicles and figures throughout so buyers can intuitively judge distances between towers, shops and green space.
Highlights
- Three land uses on one table
- Scale-accurate entourage throughout
- Circular feature table with skylight
- Video-wall integration
