Shanghai Hongkou Shui On model
A heritage urban-renewal model reviving Shanghai’s historic shikumen fabric, with precise brick textures and courtyard layouts.
Hongkou's lane houses are defined by red brick, stone gateways and tight courtyards. We CNC-engraved the brick coursing and window frames, then hand-weathered the roofs so the district reads as lived-in rather than new.
The model is displayed on a warm timber table, with the heritage blocks lit from within to show the restored courtyards.
