Vanke 17 Miles model
A coastal tourism and residential model combining natural terrain with ocean lighting, showing the transition from hillside housing to sea-view villas.
Vanke 17 Miles sits on a steep coastline, and the selling point is the view. We built the full hillside from layered terrain, sculpted and painted by the landscape workshop, and cast the sea as a lit resin surface so the shoreline glows when the gallery lights dim.
Each villa terrace is lit individually, which lets the sales team walk buyers along the coast plot by plot.
